ENERGY ANATOMY: Movement vs. Stagnation

 

In this experiential workshop, you will learn energy anatomy from various perspectives and the importance of keeping energy flowing. We will discuss blockages and their causes, as well as how decreased energy flow manifests itself in all areas of life. You will learn techniques to move through existing energy blockages and how to prevent new ones from forming. Join us for an evening of energy, exploration, community, and play!
